Christopher Cole, President

Christopher Cole received his BSEE degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Akron in 1997. He gained significant experience in software development using Java, and developed computer networks involving using Cisco networking equipment while with Lynk Media. While at Pile Dynamics Inc., he designed smart piezo-electronic sensing systems using Motorola 68332 and Intel 8051 microcontrollers programmed in C and assembly. At Globetek Inc., he developed PIC-based internet-enabled data acquisition and control systems. While a Senior Engineer for Accelent Systems, Inc., Christopher was heavily involved in writing device drivers for Ethernet, serial, USB, LCD, touch panels, I2C, SPI, IDE, camera and audio interfaces for ARM-based PDAs and smartphones. At Theken Disc, LLC, he executed the design and layout of the highly miniaturized circuitry for the eDisc, which included a microprocessor, telemetry, inductive coupling, and sensory subsystems. For the past two and a half years, Christopher has been an independant consultant doing business under Cole Design and Development, LLC. His focus continues to be embedded software development and micro-electronic design, typically for portable, battery operated devices.
